Radio zur Zeit: Ab Sommer 2010 begleitet eine Reihe von Radiosendungen das Projekt TIME BENDING CLOCK, in dem an der Schnittstelle von Kunst, Medien, Kultur- und Wissenschaftsgeschichte alternativen Theorien und Praktiken der Zeitmessung geforscht wird.

Autophones: Hören mit den Ohren der Brücke

Wo andere eine Brücke sehen, entdeckt der kanadische Percussionist Michael Gambacurta ein Autophon – ein selbstklingendes Instrument, welches als Ganzes schwingend Töne und Geräusche vielfältigster Art erzeugt:
Die Kaiserleibrücke über den Main zwischen Frankfurt und Offenbach, Autobahn A661. Sie bildet den Resonanzkörper für die Fahrgeräusche der unzähligen Autos und Lastwagen, die sie tagtäglich überrollen. Die Struktur der Kaiserleibrücke selbst kommt zum Klingen, moduliert durch Verkehr, Wind und Wetter. Ein unendliches Konzert, dessen Thema immer neue Variationen erfährt.

radiator x : kunstradio / radiokunst auf radio x

radiator x ist ein internationales Kunstradio-Format auf radio x, das in Zusammenarbeit mit dem bzw. als Beitrag für das Kunstradio-Netzwerk radia.fm produziert wird.
radiator x sendet wöchentlich eine Stunde auf radio x Frankurt am Main (derzeit jeden Freitag von 15:00 Uhr bis 16:00 Uhr MEZ; lokale Frequenz: fm 91,8 Stereo - 99,85 Kabel … und Live-Webstream!).

[[o]] GUNSTprojekt: Digital Dust Diaries
[DDD], the “Digital Dust Diaries” are conceived as a dynamic data base and online platform related to a major research project started in the early 1990ies.
The project is dedicated to digital dust collection and what might be called a media archeology in the broadest sense; subjects of research include a wide spectrum of (para)phenomena, instable, dead and undead media, their apparitions and their dispersion.
[[o]] GUNSTprojekt: Media on Mars
Media on Mars (MoM) not only wants to pay tribute to the historical achievements of media in the field of interplanetary communication, but also to provide access to related data that either have been largely ignored by mainstream history of science and/or lack possibilities of publication due to terrestrial limitations. At the same time MoM strives build on, to continue and push forward the work begun in media history.
The project is dedicated to Élise-Catherine Müller (1861-1929), a pioneer of Martian communication.

webradio hat unsere radiowelt auf wunderbare weise erweitert. seit sommer 2005 gibt miss.gunst daher regelmässig webradio-tipps, in denen webradio-stationen bzw. radiostationen mit webstream sowie spezielle formate und sendungen vorgestellt werden, in denen klangkunst und radiokunst zu gehör gebracht werden.

Ein Weblog im Radius von Musik - Medien - Kunst, der sich insbesondere für experimentelle Zugänge und das “Do It Yourself”-Prinzip interessiert.

The “fITt.NETt” center was conceived as an online resource and learning platform for gender related issues in technoculture: A virtual fitness studio that provides courses training abilities as well as ressources related to general skills in the area of online communication (i.e. research techniques, how-to’s for mailinglists and forum communication), for body enhancement (i.e. from html to vrml data body programming), wellness (i.e. conflict management in e-communication, but also relaxing techniques for those spending a lot of time in front of computers), beauty (ranging from webdesign to webbased art work) and health (i.e. online security).
